Bookings

Watch Video

The booking section will show the details of all Pending, Upcoming, and Closed trips. Also, you can see the trips from the Queue area in the Transaction section.

Pending

  • Open the app; besides the home screen button, you can check out the Booking section.
  • Click on Bookings, where you can first see the available Pending trips.
  • You can use the Filter button below to check individual bookings.
  • The feature will filter the pending bookings with All, Waiting and Accepted trips.
  • Now the available bookings will be shown with the following details; 
    • Date: Date of the trip
    • Company Name: Name of the company that creates the trip
    • Driver Name: Trip provider’s name
    • Time: Date and Time of the trip
    • Pick-up and Drop Locations: Pick-up and destination addresses
    • Distance: Distance of the trip from point A to point B
    • Trip Pricing: The price of the trip
    • Flight Number: Flight number if the trip starts or ends with an airport
    • Top Right Corner Symbol: To indicate the trip is received, assigned, or created by the partner.
  • When you click on any trip box, you can see all the details of that trip.
