Teams
A partner can create a Team to assign rides to their team members. Team members can be their drivers or their partner’s driver.
The team is designed to take rides according to the availability of the drivers. So, the partner does not need to ask individual drivers to check their availabilities when a ride is created.
During bookings, a partner can select the Trip Assigned to the Team option so one of their team members can perform that ride according to availability.
The app platform allows partners to Manage the Team or Add a New Team.
- First, go to the left sidebar panel, where you can see the Teams section.
- Click on the team section to manage the teams or add new teams.
- In the teams section you will be given two sections to choose from in the teams section.
- First is My Teams, and the second is I’m in.
- On the My Teams, you can check the list of your teams to add members, update and delete accordingly.
- Now, if you want to create a new team, click the Add Team button to add the new one.
- The I’m in tab will show you the name of the team owner, email ID, and contact number of the Team you are a member of.
