Add Client
Check Existing Clients

Clients

Watch Video

A partner can add several clients. They might be a taxi company, hotel, restaurant, or other places.

  • You can add and edit client details from the panel.
  • Prioritize and edit the client access.
  • A unique QR code is available for every client.

Add New Clients

Click the Client -> Add Client button on the sidebar to add a client from the partner panel.

Fill out all the mandatory details along with a photo.

  • The required fields to add a client are,
    1. Name: Place the firm-name
    2. Visiting Address: Add visiting address of the firm
    3. Contact Person: Name of the contact person
    4. Contact Phone No.: Phone number to contact the firm
    5. Contact Email ID: Email ID to contact the firm
    6. Official Name: Official name of the company
    7. Email: Enter email ID for login
    8. Password: Set password for login
    9. City: Add the city name
    10. Phone No.: Place the phone number of the firm
    11. Vehicle Type: Add required vehicles for the firm
  • Fill out the details in other fields that are mandatory for the firm,
    1. WhatsApp No.: WhatsApp number of a person or firm
    2. Telegram ID: Telegram username of a person or firm
    3. Post Code: Postal code of the company
    4. Auto Mail Send: Button to use auto mail send on and off
    5. Confirmation Email: Confirm email ID for auto mail send
    6. Receiver Invoice Email: The email address of the partner to send an invoice  to the firm
    7. Sender Invoice Email: The email address of the provider to send an invoice to partner
    8. BAS Callcentrum ID: Call center ID of BAS
    9. BAS Vervoerder ID: Transporter ID of BAS
    10. Client Host: Host from the BAS system
    11. Client Port: Port number from the BAS system(BAS is a software or a socket to generate trips, and here you need to integrate it to access)
    12. KVK: Chamber of commerce number of the company
    13. IBAN: International Bank Account Number of the company (18 Characters)
    14. BIC: Bank Identifier Code of your company (8 or 11 Characters)
    15. BTW: BTW, is the VAT or turnover tax number
    16. Registered Address: Set an address of the firm
    17. Edit Price: Give access to the client to edit vehicle price
  • After placing all the details, press the Submit button to add the client details.
