Dashboard

Dashboard has three different lists of Driver’s Queues that are around a particular region for the rides. A region can be anything, an airport, hotel, central station, etc., that partners have access to.

Check Driver Queue

The dashboard has three types of queues: Main Area Queue, Schedule Queue, and Waiting Queue.

Main Area Queue

  • The first queue is for the Main Area Queue.
  • 1st queue has a Fixed number of Drivers.

Here in the above image, an example of an airport queue, we have 7 drivers in the main airport queue.

  • You can see the Driver’s Details like their Name, Plate No., Minutes Spent in the Qqueue, and Sequence Number in the Queue.
  • You can Change the Sequence of the Driver in the queue with a click on the arrow shown in the top right corner of individual driver data.
  • Also, you can Delete any Driver from the queue by clicking on the cross mentioned in the top right corner.
  • If any driver is in the main queue but has not arrived in the main area, then it shows Not Arrived Yet in the bottom right corner of the individual driver data box.

Schedule Queue

  • If any driver is Pre-booked or Scheduled for a trip from any origin, then it will show in Schedule Queue.

Waiting Queue

  • The second queue is Waiting Queue.
  • This queue has no limit for drivers, which means Multiple Drivers can enter the waiting queue.
  • You can see all the Driver’s Details like Name, Plate No., Minutes Spent in the Queue, and Sequence Number of the Queue.
  • The top right corner of the driver details box has one or two arrows to Change the Sequence of the Driver.
  • You can press the cross button to Delete the Driver from the queue.
