Forgot Password

If a partner forgets his password, then, in that case, he can reset it with the following process.

  • First, you need to click on Forget Password.
  • It will show the dialog box, where you must enter your Registered Email ID and press the Send Password button.
  • An Email with a password will be sent to your email address. You can use that password to log into your panel.

(Note: Ensure the email comes from the official Qatch email address.)

  • Use the generated password to login into the panel.
  • After logging in, you can change your password.
  • Change your password by clicking on Clients -> Edit Company -> Password.

  • Enter a new password you want to set in the Password field.
  • Press the Update button to save the new password.
  • You can now log in with your email id and the new password.
