• Login to the portal with your email id and password.
• To update details click Profile Tab on the left-hand sidebar.
• A partner can add a Profile Photo at the top left corner.
• Update Personal Details like,

– First Name: First name of the partner.
– Last Name: Last name of the partner.
– Email: Email Id, a partner, can log in with.
– Phone No.: Contact number of the partner.

• Also, place the Company Details, including the following,

– Company Name: Name of the partner’s company.
– WhatsApp No.: WhatsApp number of the company or partner.
– Telegram ID: Telegram Id of the company or partner.
– Address: Address of the company or partner.
– Post Code: Postal code of the company or partners.
– City: The city where the company is located or the partner’s city.
– KVK: KVK is the Chamber of Commerce Number of the company. (Get it with business registration)
– BTW: BTW is the VAT or turnover tax number to pay tax in the Netherlands.
– IBAN: IBAN is the current bank account number proceed by county code NL, a 2-digit control number, and your bank’s name. For example, NL91-BANK-0123-4567-89.

• In the Profit field, a partner can set an amount percentage (%) as profit; if he gives any trip to any of the other partners or drivers, this percentage of fees will automatically include as his amount of profit from that trip.
• In the Trip Automatically Assign bar, the partner can select what needs to be done when a trip comes from various origins.

– The dropdown button has 5 options Market, Partner, Me, Cancel, and Return to Base.
– As per the partner selection, a trip is automatically assigned after a certain period.

• Team Assignment Logic is used to assign a trip after a fixed period.

– A Partner can add timing in minutes to assign trips to Me (himself), My Employee (his employee), Market, or Return To Base.
– You can delete one at any time by clicking on the Delete button.

• A partner can edit any of the information at any time they want.
